Immediate access to our unique Integrative model of care incorporating Primary Care, general health and nutrition, and musculoskeletal medicine (manipulation, office therapy, laser therapy, injections to the spine and joints, and our growing Regenerative medicine services
Same day and next day appointments, and as always patients will benefit from our extended time appointments

We offer a number of services to our members at no additional charge (i.e. nutritional guidance and medical weight loss, laser and ultrasound therapy)
We offer eprescribing to make prescription refills easier (which would include medications like antibiotics, Adderall and Tramadol to be sent directly to your pharmacy anywhere in the country after a Televisit)
Same day prescription management and refills
Same week turnaround for Employer paperwork (disability, FMLA, etc) at no additional charge
Same week coordination of Specialist referrals, testing, and studies (i.e. MRI, CT)

Dr. Albert Valente

Dr. Valente is board certified in Internal Medicine. His diverse background and training encompass Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Osteopathic Medicine and Chiropractic. This allows him to practice a unique integrative approach to medicine and pain. In 2002, after seven years in the ER, Dr. Valente, with his diverse background, opened an integrative medical and musculoskeletal practice, Springfield Medical Center, P.C
